Classroom instruction: 220 hrs
Clinical instruction: 80 hours

11 weeks (Daytime Program) 

General Requirements

• Age 18 (by completion of training) or older
• Admission/Application Fee - see tuition and rates
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (Alien ID – If applicable)
• Valid Identification (passport, driver’s license or state/ federal issued ID) 
• Social Security Card 
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to pass criminal background check (provided by school) 
• Drug Test
